More like, should this data point be relevant to my ability to make it to my destination without someone power tripping in the flight crew or a pilot committing to some ideology or new pilots coming in ready to make great statements for whatever dear leader they support or do not.



Let me be clear. I absolutely wholeheartedly support pilots making these decisions, but now I simultaneously feel the need to know more about the people I'm entrusting my life to more than ever. Used to be basically an automaton, in my brain, flying the plane but now it's a human with emotions and psychology and ideology to serve... Hopefully unnecessary information.

Finding out my pilot was not a liberal freak would give me significant relief.

Would you rather a liberal who thinks socialism is the answer and that there are 46 genders or just a normal light hearted conservative guy fly your plane? It's not even a question.

I'd prefer neither, all I want for some captain/crew to tell me is they accept bitcoin tips and I'll feel safe as a NPC surrounded by other NPC's.

Because I know their incentives/goals will be completely aligned with only positive actions, at that point..

SWA went from the only airline I'd fly to never flying with them again in just a few months. Pretty funny stuff.

Who do you fly? United did a vax mandate months ago, took my last flight with them last week to use up vouchers. SWA relaxed their restrictions didn't they?
