I believe Trump can be more effective outside the presidency in terms of fostering positive change for the country. This might be step #1.

What happened to almost a year's worth of "Election Defense" funds donated to Trump? Not saying he can't pursue the social network also in parallel, whoch presumably he is funding, but I thought the Trump team would be working on initiatives from state to state to push election reform, fraud counter-measures, etc? Was Jason Miller wrong about this? I know he no longer works for Trump and is still pushing GTTR.

The platform was obviously available on the web, which they found. But all they did was create user accounts using the platform and sending messages and the like.

Sounds like they were using the platform, not necessarily hacking the platform.

You've ignored, multiple times now, that Trump's "plan" had conditions that if not met would not only prevent us from leaving, but in his words would cause us to retaliate. Toss any date out in the plan you want, it is irrelevant when you lie and leave out those dates were based on conditions in the plan that WERE NOT FOLLOWED. Therefore Biden DID NOT FOLLOW TRUMP'S PLAN.
