I listened to Tim Pool's TimcastIRL show tonight with Alex Jones.

Over and over again, Jones would make these incredible claims that on the surface sound so absurd that it makes you laugh.....

...... and then a few minutes later, Lydia or others on Tim's crew confirm and are dumbfounded. As am I.

He was not right on everything.... but right on a lot.

Has more credibility than the NY Times for sure. Worth a listen folks, even if like me you consider Jones bombastic and out there.

If anything.... very entertaining!

how about letting us know what some of those outlandish claims are. i dont particularly care to watch an alex jones video.

One of the claims was about George Washington having warned about specific men involved in the American Revolution. Jones said that Washington claimed many were Illuminati.

FACT CHECK CONFIRMED. Library of Congress has letters he wrote about it!

Alex Jones isn't crazy, he's a caricature, it's an act, like a WWE caricature. It's his money maker. At one time when he was just a local shock jock, he had aspirations of being the next Rush Limbaugh, but he never had the credibility to be a pimple on Rush's ass. But he found his niche as a screaming idiot clown act that takes bits of facts and sets them on fire and hits the rev limiter to push his act, generate revenue, push his BS supplements, and his survival/apocalypse survival grab bags.

I was watching local tv late one night when I lived in Austin. Alex Jones was on doing his show. He was holding a satellite photo of an airport and pointing at some planes parked in it. He was carrying on about how these were the planes from 9/11 that were diverted to this airport so the replacement planes that were controlled by the US could hit the towers. He was demanding to know where the people from the original planes were. I have never taken anything he says seriously after that.

Alex Jones is the real deal. Some of you need to pull your heads out. He's right about a lot of things, doesn't matter how he presents it or if you think it's an act.

Anyone who spouts 9/11 conspiracy claims, says the moon landings were a hoax or says Sandy Hook was a false flag loses all credibility.

He admitted a few times that he is an entertainer and then a "news" guy. He knows he can make money by having a niche versus just being a normal news reporter type.

I can understand that but that can describe most on TV. At least Borat and Big Bird have to memorize lines. Most all reporters on tv just read the script put in front of them. I don't follow Alex Jones but he at least seems to try and do research and hunt the story, which is more can be said for our current news media.

I don't like Alex Jones' shtick. He sounds crazy. With that said there is definitely enough data to suggest he is more correct than the mainstream media. That is how far gone we are as a country!

I believe 2 of those 3 he does not do.

He is definitely theatrical in his performances. Then again...so are all on air personalities. I've heard him say he loses his mind on air once a day for entertainment purposes. He has been pretty open with how he does things to draw attention to his information.

He's been right about many things and wrong about many others.

He's definitely a character, but acting like he's performing a play is wrong. I get you have hate for him, but you're wrong here. News anchors get paid to have nice hair, a suit on and read exactly what is put in front of them with the correct emotion. I would argue that is a performance and that Alex Jones is at minimum more real than that.
