I understand this take, but other countries do not perceive "freedom" the same as Americans. I don't think Australia is run by China or that communism is taking over Australia--yet. I just think they look past certain civil rights during a public health emergency.

We need countries with capability in our corner. India can't even launch a satellite without creating a space debris disaster.

you should ask the Australians that are locked down about this.

I have contacted a lot of Australians both in Australia and out. They are not happy. And they disagree with you.
