I have posted this before, but this is straight out of the communist / 1984 playbook. Destroy the past. The things that define a country /culture/language /traditions /values /a people. All most be torn down and destroyed to make way for the new communist utopia they are trying to create At the start of the Cultural Revolutions they called it the " Four Olds " then started the blood letting /mass murder/genocide and 10 years of absolute insanity. When The Texas Exes call next time. I am going to politely ( since obviously whoever I speak to is no power broker for the university ) tell them the to tell the higher ups to **** OFF !! There will NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME !! That they should instead reach out to Bi POC transgendered two spirit queer handicap lesbians of the alumni base and current students. Since these groups and similar groups are the main focus of the university now and drive everything they do. These groups are the ones that will fund the university in the future to keep it as one of the elite universities in the America. These groups will shower billions of dollars on the university as they have done so in the past, though quietly from the shadows ( cough, cough, B.S. ) and they will obviously continue this trend and be responsible for showering billions of dollars in the future on UT. and other system institutions. So call them !!

You are 100% correct. I have not only never set foot on A&M, but I have never set foot in College Station. However, I do know two Aggies songs that y'all play. "When Johnny Comes Marching Home and "The Aggie War Hymn " These two songs you all ALWAYS play and have since I was a little kid, and obviously for decades and decades before that. These songs are not part of your history, they ARE your history !! Another attempt to destroy the foundation /history of A&M and what makes it great. Death by a 1000 little cuts to replace with some made up lies for political purposes. Erasing A&M to make way for the new woke university that has nothing to do with its namesake except the name and being in the same geographical location !!

This kind of thing is 100% believable, even if it turns out to be a rumor as you have said. If it is not true. I would still urge you Ags to pay close attention to stuff like this, because the left never stops. There is no goal line in the left's war on America. I can promise you.
