Considering the fact that carpet bombing of cities is now classified by the UN and ICC as a "war crime" I seriously doubt that Biden or his idiot Sec. Def. would be willing to do that.

We could have done it in the 20 years we were there, but what is required to do so is something this country does not have the guts to do. It would be a very dirty, very bloody business that would have resulted in a lot of dead Taliban, but also a lot of civilian casualties. We basically would have had to run a modern day version of the Phoenix Program to root out and eliminate all Taliban, their supporters, and sympathizers.
