His is misinformed. Biden has no clue about anything.

At one point, he vapor locked for about 20 seconds. Finally I guess someone whispered into his earpiece and gave him a phrase. Problem was, the helper apparently wasn't paying attention and the finished sentence made no sense.
Man, if that had happened 2 years ago,...............
