So they're adding this to the laundry list of other vaccines they require? I get the concern about taking it but from their perspective this is just another vaccine. Why is this surprising?

I'm not anti vaccine. I think the Covid vaccine works for the most part but let's not lump it in with proven vaccines. And didn't the inventor of the polio vaccine kill one of his grandkids with it? Could be mistaken.

That was Dr. Alton Ochsner of New Orleans in 1955 (see suspension mentioned above)
There is a healthcare system named after him there.
Dr. Ochsner gave the bad vaccines mentioned above to his grandkids.
One died, the other was paralyzed because they were made with live type 1 polio.
Sort of like how the recent batch that made the news.

They need them to play and bring in needed cash.

The students have basically zero risk, vaccine or no.

If the faculty is unwilling to vaccinate, they should be more than educated enough to make that personal decision for themselves. With delta, " stopping the spread" is completely out the window. Will never happen. It's pretty much s decision now for WHEN you do catch it, will you be vaccinated or not.

In doing this they are doing Jack **** to protect students, who were at no elevated risk to begin with.

How many college students did the Covid kill last year? Seriously has anyone asked and answered? If there had even been a few you'd think we would have heard about that non stop. I'm pro vax but for people who aren't at risk like college students, it should be a choice and it should not be mandated especially for zero scientific reason just because the admin is scared and gullible.
