My youngest son works at Orange Theory. Their CEO consulted with other gyms and they're going to ignore LAC and "continue to follow the CDC guidelines" regarding masks and vaccines. They'll deal with LAC issues as they arise. They have the money to fight.

It's all about reminding people to be afraid and to rely on the government to keep you safe. A fearful society will let their government get away with murder (NY nursing homes) if it will promise to keep them safe. Government can print and hand out more money. How many people last year said "we can get our freedom back if we just do X, Y, Z"
