Erin and Ben Napier are doing the same for Laurel, Mississippi through their show Home Town.

Chip and Jo have inspired a lot of people to fix up their own little burgs as a result of their success.

I was getting burnt out on Chip and Joe, but I love them again now.

The LGBTs have hated them for a long time because they're such a traditional Christian couple and while they never spoke out against homosexuality in public, refused to publicly support it either because of their beliefs.

Though given that Asians are the current poster child of leftist victimhood, that dumb leftist intersectionality has protected them from the LGBT activists in the past

Next time you see a Dr or Dentist and they have a TV in their waiting room, check out what channel it's on. I swear, for the last several years every Dr's office, Dentist's office, and hospital I have visited has their TV tuned to hgtv. And I'm an old, with lots of medical problems - at last count I have five different Drs. And before COVID I picked up my prescriptions at the Tinker AFB Hospital, which has a half dozen TVs in their huge main lobby - all tuned to hgtv.

I'll say this - I'd much rather watch hgtv than CNN, which is what all the airports I've been in have on.

Also, I took a leaf from one of the trees Pa planted in DeSmet.

Going to random places is nothing new for me.

I have also found every place Tennessee Williams and Truman Capote lived in or mentioned in their works in New Orleans.

It's to visit the Mercantile, eat and shop there, and maybe even take a tour to visit the Pioneer Woman's ranch and kitchen. My wife has a dozen or more lady friends who either have been there (several more than a couple of times) or have plans to visit there.

And if you like small town High School football, the Pawhuska team is pretty damned good. The Drummond's son is the QB and Ree and her husband donated a ton of money to the High School to pay for a good coach, new locker room, exercise equipment, etc, etc. The team is kicking butt in the OK small school sports districts.

I'm Colleyville with 2 kids in the school district. This isn't a material talking point even from the opponent's (McClure) supporters. The bigger issue for the McClure supporters is Braun wants to incorporate a biblical worldview into curriculum.

I'm sure if they didn't donate it would be a bigger talking point locally that Chip and JoJo don't even support her (Braun). Some people just like to spin themselves up.
