I know the wood siding thing, but not if it is a catchphrase.
She uses a lot of shiplap in her designs. Sometimes the houses already have the shiplap, sometimes she adds it as an accent wall or above the fireplace.

Well given the fact that they've never done anything against gays and critical race theory is actually racist I would say that that young man above is the one that's the real racist.

Whether they donated to her sister or against the actual theory is a relevant in my opinion.

Nah. I liked their show. She's a good designer, except for when she puts a refrigerator at a terminal end of an island. That always bugs the crap out of me.

Nor do I stream any of their new shows.

Yeah, not my style.
I can appreciate the vision it took to make Waco (we all know that place was duking it out with Lubbock and Laredo for armpit of Texas status) look good and maybe kind of cool.
Just the PR factor of that is immense.
The property development of their location is impressive.
The amount of people that cycle through that place is not joke.

Yeah they put Waco on the map. The Hubs had some friends from Arkansas come down a couple of years back. They went to Waco from our place just to go to the Silos. The wife couldn't believe I had never been there.
