Costco and the crappy mom & pop gas station down the street have made that list in my household.
I was just in Costco in Austin without a mask, and saw maybe 20 other people in the store without masks too. I did not get any crap from any of the employees. Just dirty looks from some of the other shoppers.

Costco at William Canon in Austin last Saturday had staff tell customers to pull up their masks if it was below nose. My son and I walked in without masks and were told to come back out so they can provide it.
All of a sudden they change their policies. What a crock of *****
I'd call and have them describe every single item on each row. It's not like I would go there with a specific plan. I'd wander aisles and grab things that catch my eye.nai06 said:Cassius said:nai06 said:DGAG92 said:
Tell them you have a health issue and you can't wear one. Thanks to HIPAA Laws, you don't have to indulge what it is and when they refuse you service, sue them for violation of the American With Disabilities Act. These clowns need to be held accountable for what they're doing.
How many times is this lie going to be repeated? They don't have to allow you in mask free even if you actually had a disability that prevented you from wearing a mask
Link please.

The basics are that if you can't wear a mask for legit health reasons, the business has to make reasonable accommodations. That can include order by phone, curbside delivery, online ordering etc. Just about every place with a mask policy already offers those services.
