Quote:

The bill bans colleges and universities from mandating race and gender diversity training and K-12 schools from teaching from a list of so-called divisive concepts.

House Bill 1775, in part, bans K-12 schools from teaching "an individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist or oppressive," and "bears responsibility for actions committed in the past by other members of the same race or sex."

The bill also bans schools from teaching that cause students "discomfort, guilt, anguish or psychological distress" due to their race or sex.

Governor Stitt is the real deal. Never had a state mask mandate. Passed strong anti-riot measures. Also signed some very strong pro-life legislation recently too.

They're waiting on your grammatical genius in writing it up.

No constitutional carry, no ban on CRT, etc... Texas is closer to going blue than people want to believe.

Passed the Senate and referred to the House Public Education Committee (yep, the one with a Dem Chair and DWI Rep Huberty that killed the No Males in Girls sports bill)

Oklahoma might be the last stand state. The list is definitely short.

Yup. Abbott has to see how the polls will look when he makes a decision like this. He stands for nothing.

Republicans only worry about what Democrats and their media might say or do. They dont care about their constituents or polls.

Why can Democrats create and implement education reform that hurts our children without resistance? Are Republicans allowed to create their own education reform? Why do Republicans wait until after Democrats complete their destructive changes to do anything?

Alabama and Florida are certainly in the running.

Texas needs to get on with this.
