Why, in anyone's mind who has seen the video, does it matter "she called y'all for help"?

Cops arrived, and before they could even start to assess the situation and attend to whomever was the complainant, she decided "Oh, the cops are here...time to try and cut a *****!". Which, as we see, wasn't the right move at that time.

He seems stupid enough to think Makia called the cops to show up and assist in stabbing people.

Correct. Would rather remove the enfeebling element (profit for hype) that is sapping all vitality from society.

If there is anyone sane left in that city, they need to massively boycott that Chief and Mayor's offices and say "its not only one side that can wreck a place" and words to that effect.
