On the other hand, what a country he lives in to be able to not only achieve the American dream, but also get filthy rich doing what he wanted to do!

I'm guessing this falls within policy of a reasonable shot but this is a good example of bad policy. First, they should back in behind the car so it can't move. Second, when the car starts moving again at a slow pace they should be getting back into their cars to attempt pursuit, not put themselves in a dangerous position of being hit by the vehicle where the only option is to shoot. We have to face the reality that the old way of doing things isn't going to be tolerated anymore and doing whatever possible to minimize these types of incidents is necessary.

Go after the parents too.

I guarantee you if you start slamming the parents with sanctions, they'll get their act together and get involved in their children's lives.

When a cop says stop the vehicle, you stfu put it in park, roll down the window and put your hands on the steering wheel.
