Let's say he was negligent. Heck, let's even say he did everything wrong in the way he handled George.

Where is the evidence that race had anything to do with this whole ordeal?

Everything is black. Hell, a&m even has a george floyd scholarship. Get this, a scholarship in honor of a multiple convicted felon. Makes complete sense.
