Yea. I've heard that story. Only 62 times. I've also worked three pawnshops in South Oak Cliff and Pleasant Grove. Been called cracker too many times. Can't imagine country club champ hanging around there.

I'm sure his grandfather and grandmother faces a ton of it considering their interracial marriage in the 50's and 60's. Champ? Nah.

And I've met him too. Nice guy. Which is why I like him and am pulling for him. Only issue I had was him recalling his days as a minority golfer. Not buying that.

Its also the party that is real soft on the other culture that is very mistreating of women.

If he is smart, he'll learn to just give a rote, anodyne answer to the never-ending questions about race. The media will not let up until he stops giving them fodder.
