This implies that neck was accessible and the knee was not on it.

There was no pulse when EMS arrived. I don't think that's in dispute.FriscoKid said:cz308 said:

If that's the case then Chauvin didn't stop his heart.
Which means his knee WASN'T on the neck. Then the defense inferred that the EMTs could have caused the patient to not have received care in a timely manner bc they didn't go straight to the hospital.aginresearch said:
Wow! Witness was able to feel for pulse on the carotid artery on the neck with two fingers while Chauvin's knee was still on Floyd.
Agreed. Just saying that witness was pretty useless overall in my opinion.FriscoKid said:cz308 said:

automatic external defibrilator. Wow.
And that contradicts what the very first witness, Jena Scurry, the dispatcher said about how their system works. The printout of the entire sequence of events as communicated related to the 911 call from Cup Foods over the fake $20.NewOldAg said:
Dispatch sent Fire to Cup Foods? Did ambulance not communicate relocation to Dispatch prior to Fire being requested?
He just answered. Two separate dispatchers with delayed information. Sounds like Minnesota failed Floyd in more ways than just drug rehab.
sorry to get off topic, but when i just read your comment i spit out my water. I thought your name said "Corn Poop".Corn Pop said:

I don't know at this point. But there definitely was a screw up somewhere. Might have been on the fire end since they have a different dispatcher but I truly understood that EMS was directed by MPD dispatcher. That's what she said, anyway.NewOldAg said:
So who is lying? I missed that witness. I feel like the defense has a really strong argument that the delayed response time hurt Floyd's chances.
But that doesn't even address whether the knee caused his death.
Not to derail, but this bears repeating. 100% true.DallasAg 94 said:Orange Man Bad (OMB).A is A said:
how is this even a trial?
dude has multiple instances of substance abuse.
pupils were dilated
foam at mouth
no damage to trachea
coroner suggestion drugs in system are beyond lethal dose and would signify OD.
again... how did we get here?
Growing AA support for OMB.
