Oh no. I completely think it warrants unanimous. I just always expect Sotomeyer or Alito to be contrarian.

A buddy of mine posted the results of the decision on Facebook and I "Liked" the post. I then followed up with a post saying "Big Blow for President Magoo."

The Like is showing in his feed but my Pres. Magoo post has been pending for 30 minutes and doesn't appear in my activity log anywhere. Is Facebook playing goalie and refusing to post anything making fun of Magoo?

Alito says in concurrence that States should issues procedures that allow warrants for wellness checks on medical conditions

"Some guy is really crazy on Twitter posting about how great Trump is and how he loves 2nd Amendment, I think we need check his mental health, can I get a warrant to go in his house?"

I'd expect nothing less from Alito.
