I'm not so sure about the rectal injection being a better high than smoking the drugs. Smoking goes directly from lungs to heart to brain without any dilution or liver detoxification, unlike the blood draining from the rectum. Maybe the high lasts longer, but that's not the intense rush that the abuser is looking for. Who injects cocaine anyways?
