I think from what the public persona shows that Mahomes is a genuinely cool dude. Not sure why anyone cares how he chooses to dress? The vast majority of people probably don't.

The dude is a big guy who would intimidate just about anyone and can back up the talk with the walk, and I'm not a defender of any metrosexuals, nor do I trash them much. Yep. He's a good dude, and has worked hard to get where he is. Anyone that doesn't think he puts in 50-60 hour weeks at his craft, both body and mind, is a fool. Same for Brady. These guys work very HARD to get where they are. And football isn't just athleticism; it takes a hell of a lot of studying to learn those playbooks like both of these guys. Also studying film. They put in a hell of an effort.
