The ACLU is so irrelevant now, I was wondering if they still existed. They've gone from defending the civil rights of anyone, to fabricating new civil rights for the mentally ill.

Seems like the easy fix to all of this would be to just change the language in the rules to call biological sex rather than gender, since science is ignored and the focus is entirely on language?

If you subscribe to the idea that trans female athletes are no different than regular female athletes, then go watch some of Fallon Fox's highlight reel.

Also- where are all the trans male athletes just beating down the doors to compete against biological males??? Weird how that is a non issue, since "there is no difference according to the science".

Those aren't even close to the science. What they are is regurgitation of political post modernism and junk science. The real, properly executed, and repeatable science shows there in fact are fundamental biological differences. They don't manifest for every individual equally but over distributions there are very clear broad generalities, and even some near biological absolutes with only the very extreme rarest of true genetic exceptions.

If they wanted to make an argument, they could make the philosophical argument that we should treat people fairly, equally, and compassionately and try to come up with reasonable solutions for outliers, and not these flat out propaganda lies that they are arguing are based on verified and indisputable science.

If they are opinions, state them as such. Don't call them fact because they are what you wish to be true.

If I retweet something, I'm actually sending out all the responses as well? For example, let's says there's a tweet about how Nazis (real ones not imaginary) are bad. I retweet it to my friends. But in the responses there's a response that says Hitler was awesome. If it happens to be the first one then it looks like I've just retweeted "hitler is awesome"?
