At this point, it would be awfully difficult to prove that the elections were stolen in the unlikely event that they were stolen.

It is worth noting that the many lawsuits rare, if ever, talked about actual voter fraud. Instead, they carped about the type of irregularity that probably exists in every nationwide election but that nobody saw fit to gripe about before.

Thinks like the bogus claims that Pennsylvania illegally extended absentee voting without a Constitutional Amendment. The fact is that their mail-in voting was distinct from absentee voting and was valid under their Constitution as a method of voting determined by the state legislature. Also, they amended the Constitution some years ago to avoid having to amend the part about absentee voting every time they want to extend it. It was all a bunch of searching for a loophole to throw out legitimate votes.

I'm not at all happy that Biden won the election but I'm not at all unhappy that Trump lost. In a perfect world, neither of them would have even been running for election.

For those cases when someone voted twice or when someone voted where they shouldn't, once they vote and the ballots are mixed in with others, there is pretty much zero chance of figuring out which are which. What needs to be done is to make sure that each voter gets a single vote.

One obvious way is to have them sign the ballot along with identifying information. If they don't sign and the election is contested, then the votes of anyone not signing would be discarded. It is possible to do this in such a way that their names aren't actually on the ballot.

The left comes on here and legitimizes free speech denial like it doesn't matter.

Maybe something like this might work.

Issue voter cards with a unique random number of 20 digits long that is both visible on the card and is machine readable. Keep a separate list of what random numbers were used, but not who they were assigned to.

At the polls, use a machine to read the card and print the number is machine readable format on the ballot. The votes and inserts the ballot into the ballot box. Before doing so, he is free to compare the readable number on his card with the number printed on the ballot.

When counting, automatically compare the number on the ballot with the list of valid numbers assigned. As you go, mark each number as having voted. If a ballot doesn't have a number or if it has a number that is already used, set it aside.

Thus, each ballot counted would match up to a single voter without divulging the identity of the voter.

If the number is 20 numeric digits, then there would be 10^20 possible numbers. If you have 10 million registered voters in the state, that is 10^7 possible numbers and so the chances of someone creating ballots to match the numbers, they would have to create 10^13 (10 trillion) ballots to get one match. Someone will probably notice tens of trillions of bogus ballots.
