Pinche, I'm no troll, been here many years. And I absolutely believe it. The same way that you and many others can believe in the largest scale conspiracy ever dreamed up involving tens of thousands of people, big tech, cooperation of all big media outlets. and foreign powers and an ever evolving list of other things. All fabricated by a man who has claimed fraud in every election, even the one he won.

BTW, the hypocrisy in the lawsuit instigated by Texas is the best example since our very own governor made changes to election procedures without the legislature.

Lets just ignore Russia collusion. National divorce is the best option.

Just 48 hours now (at most) of this 'overturn 2020 election' drama, before that POTUS election finally goes into the books and the political world moves on to the next phase of its never ending fighting.

Go ahead and continue to bury your head in the sand since "your guy" won by all means necessary, even breaking the law to do so.

"You guys cheated"
"Uh uh"
"Uh huh"
"Uh uh"

"The future of the Republic is at stake"
"Uh uh"
"Civil War is coming, you won't be laughing long"
"Whatever"

And the needle didn't move, and the only actions taken have been more posting about the same. And unfortunately, whichever way SCOTUS decides, this will be the continued trend, one way or another, for the next 4 years.

No, he's rightfully pissed as well he should be. After a four year long attempted coup, now it is obvious the Democrats clearly cheated and are trying to steal the presidency.

But he needs to stay away from anything having to do with the SC right now IMO. HTH.

Our republic ended today.

Equal protection and due process are no longer rights under the federal Constitution. They just overruled Marbury v. Madison.

ETA: A right without a remedy is not a right. There are no remedies before the election and there are no remedies after the election. Thus equal protection is not a right anymore. And the 14th Amendment is moot and discarded.

Regarding the "174,384 absentee ballots out of 566,694 absentee ballots tabulated (about 30.8%) were counted without a registration number for precincts in the City of Detroit", there is an article at https://www.freep.com/story/news/local/michigan/detroit/2020/12/11/supreme-court-election-case-makes-false-claim-detroit-ballots/6509541002/

From the article:
Quote:

The lawsuit relies on a flawed analysis of the November election by economist Charles J. Cicchetti, the managing director of the California-based consulting firm Berkeley Research Group. Cicchetti claims in a supporting brief that in Wayne County, Mich., precinct-level data show "174,384 absentee ballots out of 566,694 absentee ballots tabulated (about 30.8%) were counted without a registration number for precincts in the City of Detroit."

Citing Cicchetti's filing, Paxton claims these ballots "are not tied to a registered voter."

That's not true. Cicchetti misinterprets the report of precinct-level results for Wayne County to incorrectly conclude that the 174,384 absentee ballots cast in Detroit did not belong to registered voters and are therefore invalid.

...

In any case, the 174,384 absentee ballots that were counted in Detroit were ones that had already been verified as coming from eligible voters. An additional 1,432 ballots that could not be verified had been rejected and were not tabulated.

... In an affidavit filed in a case before the Wayne County Circuit Court over certification of the election results, Thomas explained that the clerk's office verified ballots as having been completed by an eligible voter before they were delivered to the TCF Center for counting. The counting was monitored by hundreds of Democratic, Republican and nonpartisan poll challengers.

"It would have been impossible for any election worker at the TCF Center to count or process a ballot for someone who was not an eligible voter," Thomas wrote.

In sworn testimony to the state Senate Oversight Committee, Thomas reiterated that ballot verification took place before tabulation.

Democracy won today.

You would think people would realize that trump cries and lies about everything. The only people who believe fraud happened on a scale that tilted the election are those that are completely blind to how morally corrupt he is.

If the Supreme Court was politicians first, then wouldn't it have been more likely that they would have abandoned the law and voted along party lines?

I fully understand you are an extreme liberal lawyer that hates the Constitution. But your side has used the equal protection clause to get a lot of stuff ruled in your favor. Your side doesn't have that argument anymore. And those will be overturned in the future.

Everybody lost here and if you don't understand how much your side lost too, you really need to reassess.

Oh dont be so melodramatic.

This was a bogus lawsuit that was a last ditch coup attempt. Texas's solicitor general wouldnt put his name on this anti democracy filth.

SCOTUS isn't there to be a political tool to decide elections.

Apparently the majority conservative Supreme Court also "hates the constitution" (lol), so who does that leave you? How does it feel to be floundering in the dark with no party to support you?

If they are wrong, can you please explain the flaws in their judgement?
