idk if there is even a point in engaging in this discussion. I'm obviously not going to change your mind and I can't speak for you on how it will be good for you.

But I wanted Trump to be out of office and never heard from again, to get covid under control and get back to normal, an administration that cares about science
 • Trump's administration formed a task force in late January to address COVID19
 • Trump's administration instituted a travel ban Jan. 31st only 10 days after the first confirmed case in the US
 • The travel ban was universally called xenophobic and racist by the Democratic Party leadership (including Biden ( early on and as late as MARCH), Pelosi, Nadler, Swallwell, the MSM and others)
 • the travel ban delayed a more widespread epidemic in the US giving time for the administration to restock PPE and ventilators, organize the military and FEMA in setting up temporary hospitals.
 • the need to restock PPE and ventilators was due entirely to the incompetence of the previous administration's(BIDEN was a key MEMBER) handling of H1N1 virus.
 • The administration held daily conferences and always recommended following the guidelines as outlined by the CDC, you know the science guys
and investing in the future,
 • By lowering corporate income taxes to levels more in line internationally it made it possible for corporations to repatriate foreign profits held overseas. ( I have personal experience with this as at one time I held 3,192 shares of AAPL. When repatriated over time the share price increased dramatically allowing me to retire.)
 • Trump's administration instituted an investment mechanism to allow minorities to expand business opportunities in depressed ares. This has been remarkably successful.
a president who listens to his advisors and doesnt make horribly rash decisions,
 • I will need a list of these rash decisions. You may be confusing the desire to get things done in a swift and timely manner, more like in business instead of the slow death of the bureaucratic governemnt.
a president who doesn't appoint unqualified dip****s to cabinet positions based on nepotism, continued efforts to improve our healthcare system,
 • Improve our healthcare like the previous administration(BIDEN was a key MEMBER) that lied constantly about the ACA
 • Premiums were to go down ~$2500 A BIG LIE they went up at least ~$2500 and in many sates much more, ask small business owners and self employed for the greatest rip off in the decade. Keep your doctor was another BIG LIE, Keep your plan another BIG LIE
 • You need to look up who the previous administration(BIDEN was a key MEMBER) convened to outline the great ACA.
restarting efforts to combat climate change
 • If you are referring to the Paris Climate accord, it was a total catastrophe for the US as it was only used as a means of redistribution of wealth. America was the laughing stock of the rest of the world over this farce, especially in China.
and invest in clean energy,
 • Our air is cleaner that it has been in decades without the BS programs that failed.
fix our economy and tax system so it's not just benefitting the wealthy
 • Lower income and middle class wage increases have outpaced the wealthy you facts are lies.
and corporations,
 • Corporations don't pay taxes YOU DO when you buy their products and services. This is just a method to obfuscate who pays taxes. You have been lied to by the idiot Democrats and MSM.
rehabilitate our relationships with our allies
 • Our relationships with our allies is as strong as ever.
 • Our relationship with China should be discontinued until they stop internment camps and oppressing Hong Kong.
and reaffirm our commitment to the international community, stop kissing the asses of evil dictators,
 • Seems the greatest sponsor of terrorism IRAN, is being cast out by every nation that strives for freedom.
 • Seems that ISIS caliphate was completely destroyed in a matter of months after the previous administration(BIDEN was a key MEMBER) cowered in fear of these thugs.
 • Seems the TOP TWO TERRORISTS ON THE PLANET WERE EXECUTED without causing a war.
 • Seems this administration is the first one since Eisenhower that has not started a foreign conflict sacrificing our youth in the name of countless conflicts that have no chance of winning. In particular the Middle East has been virtually at war for over 2000 years.
and to have a president who is a decent and kind person who genuinely cares about America
 • the Trump Administration has continually demonstrated a deep felt care for the American middle class and workers.
and others, and wants to heal us.

However, ignore all of that. Even if none of the stuff above mattered, every single thing Trump has done since the election, to fight democracy, ignore the will of the people, prioritize himself over the country, and break centuries of tradition of peaceful transition of power all for his own disgusting selfish pride... that alone is reason enough to vote against Trump.
I doubt you will even consider any of the points above because you have been fed so much bull **** by the MSM and the Democratic Party leadership I suspect you are a complete ideologue and incapable of listening to reason.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

Oh, is this where we start posting negative videos of either Biden or Trump saying either dumb and/or mean things? At this point, people are only posting things that are more likely to make themselves feel better rather than change anyone's mind. It sounds like the biggest difference between this Texas lawsuit vs the Kelly PA lawsuit is that this one is "outcome determinative" meaning it does affect the result of the national election. Kelly's did not, and that apparently makes a huge difference.

Can't. Because Trump does not hate Americans like Biden hates all Americans except those that riot, loot, steal, commit arson, murder, assault, attempted murder. Those are Biden voters. And if you belief that he got 80 million votes for that type of tyranny,

You are a tyrant wannabe and should be in prison for saying that.

Was listening to Hannity on the way home today.

He had Greg Jarrett on, who said that he doesn't think the Supreme Court will hear this. Said he has been watching the Supreme Court for 40 years, and they are VERY reluctant to hear cases that will make them look political.

Guess we will see, but he didn't sound positive at all about them taking the case.

If true, that is very troubling, and damning. I would hope the SCOTUS is above caring about "appearances".

If we can't trust the electoral process, or the highest court in the land to put law and order above feelings...then we have no country. Time to secede.

It seems logical that the Supreme Court would prefer that states deal with their own state issues and then come to them only if there are federal issues remaining.

Without going heavily into the allegations in the individual states and determine the actual facts, how could the Supreme Court come to a decision?

I think having over 20 states involved makes it hard to dismiss. My guess is they hear the arguments, and Roberts writes a 9-0 opinion that excoriates the defendant states for their lawless election.

He would then state that there is no constitutional remedy available to SCOTUS as the selection of electors is reserved to the state legislatures. He then refers it back to the defendant states Attorney General's for criminal investigation.

Nothing will ever be heard of this mess again and Roberts will take a more federalist reading of the constitution in the future.

Ok fine. Marissa - what are you talking about? We have more and stronger allies in the Middle East than at any time in the last 30 years. Russia made Obama their *****, as did Iran. Quote:

The Commission on Federal Election Reform was a private, bipartisan organization founded in 2004 by former US President Jimmy Carter and James A. Baker, III, a top official under presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, to overcome the flaws brought to light by the electoral uncertainty in Florida in the 2000 United States presidential election and in Ohio in the 2004 election.[1] The commission continued work begun by Carter and former President Ford in a previous commission that studied unusual features of the 2000 presidential race.[2] Its mandate was to examine the electoral process in the United States, bringing together leaders from the major political parties, academia, and non-partisan civic groups to explore how to maximize both ballot access and ballot integrity.[3]
