Sidney Powell:

Thank you Rudy. What we are really dealing with here and uncovering more by the day is the massive influence of communist money through Venezuela, Cuba, and likely China in the interference with our elections here in the United States. The Dominion voting systems, the Smartmatic technology software and the software that goes in other computerized voting systems here in as well, not just Dominion, were created in Venezuela at the direction of Hugo Chavez to make sure he never lost an election after one constitutional referendum came out the way he did not want it to come out. We have one very strong witness who has explained how it all works. His affidavit is attached to the pleadings of Lin Wood in the lawsuit he filed in Georgia. It is a stunning, detailed affidavit because he was with Hugo Chavez while He was being briefed on how it worked, he was with Hugo Chavez when he saw it operate to make sure the election came out his way. That was the express purpose for creating this software. He has seen it operate and as soon as he saw the multiple states shut down the voting on the night of the election, he knew the same thing was happening here, that that was what had gone on.

Well now come on guys, we need to get our story straight. Were the dominion servers seized? Or were the scytl servers seized? Or was it a dominion server in some town called scytl? We got to get our ducks in row!

Maybe we go with the last one since scytl didn't have an office or server in Germany? Deal?

It must be false bc the MSM tells me so! Lol

Ok which story is true? Because there are at least 3 different versions going around. Dominion server, scytl server, or dominion server in scytl, Germany?

Like I said we need to get our conspiracy theory straight

You could also add that if it wasn't true why would this be something else Powell would hitch her wagon to and throw away her reputation and career on when she could simply say "no comment" or "we can't confirm that" even if what she's investigation she believes to be true. She literally has nothing to gain by saying it's true and it not actually being true.
Because she isn't throwing her career away, she's playing to Trump's base and they'll be lapping up whatever sh/t she spews for the rest of her life...and when nothing comes of this, the "Deep State" will be blamed.
If you honestly believe that you're extremely foolish. Her career and reputation is toast. Even the most conspiracy believing people on the right I know think she's complete trash if she's making this up.

So basically, it seems that the general consensus among those that think this isn't true is just because they don't think it's true. I figured but just confirming.

the AP actually asked a lot of these questions.

An Army spokesperson confirmed no servers were taken. Scytl doesn't have offices or servers in Germany, and Gomert's source was a "German tweet in German" and that he doesn't know the truth.

Just think about this for a minute. The claim is that the US military conducted an operation on foreign soil of one of our allies to seize servers from a private company. Don't you think Germany would have said something if this were true?

https://apnews.com/article/fact-checking-9754011363

1) Do you really think an Army spokesperson would confirm it to the public if it was true? Really?

2) What makes you think Trump wouldn't give German leaders a heads up and have the approval? Don't you think that Germany would also say something if it wasn't true?

3) I don't even believe some of the details. But some of the exact details about where exactly it was and who in our government took it doesn't have to be accurate for it to have actually been taken.

Right now the only source for Sydney Powell's claim is herself. Your original post asked for reasons why people didn't believe this happened. The link I posted gives numerous reasons as to why this didn't happen and you seem to have written them all off to take Sydney Powell's word for it.

If this is true, it is a game changer that will turn this election upside down. I imagine there are a few Democrats pretty well puckered up right about now.
Yes, and monkeys might fly out of .....Anyway...if this were true, who ever ends up as POTUS will be held accountable for finding out why intelligence agencies were unaware, if Germany, the state, was involved etc. This would be a huge failure of our intelligence agencies if true, and then lots of people including current admin should be puckered.
Lol. If this is true and Trump's legal team proves it they will be heroes for rooting it out and saving our electoral process despite all the left's attempts to cover it up.

The point is there's a good chunk of people who will never believe she's making this up. The lack of proof will be blamed on "the MSM just covered it up" or "the Deep State wouldn't allow the truth to come out."

Everyone who thinks it's not true or doubt the story only think that way because they don't want to believe it - despite multiple on the record denials, basic facts and logic working against the veracity of the claim.

But everyone who believes it is on point solely because Sidney Powell said so - despite NOTHING else indicating it's true other than a random tweet in German someone told Gohmert about.

Got it

This textbook conspiracy theory action. Make an outlandish claim without absolutely no proof or support, claim that no one can prove the outlandish claim did not happen, ignore official statements saying the outlandish claim did not happen, and then refuse to provide any support for the basis of believing the outlandish claim other than the unsupported and uncorroborated statement saying the outlandish claim happened.

The best part is when the conspiracy theorist acts smug about their belief in the outlandish claim and starts questioning others why they don't believe the outlandish claim.

So you think the public needs, is entitled to, or should have access to likely a highly classified operation? The details will never be known. Even if this goes to court, the actual details of any operation would be "sealed" behind some classification notation. You know the government classifies things not necessarily because the are detrimental to national security, but because they do things they aren't supposed to and hide it behind "classification" right?
Charpie
How long do you want to ignore this user?
That's the point.

If this actually happened, where does a private attorney get off releasing details...at all?

No conspiracy here. Admittedly, prove was a poor word choice. Should have said are you so sure there was no server? Not trying to make anyone prove the negative to an assertion.

The second part of my statement stands. Sidney Powell does not strike me as a bullsh****, which was addressing the poster's original claim that she was a "seditious liar" and the one that was conveniently ignored.

The whole thing is crazy. At this point I personally don't believe much of what I hear, and only half of what I see. I guess my point, there are very very few people that have any idea what is going on. Least of all the media lap dogs and twitter dorks with "anonymous sources"

I liked things better when Q Anon stuff stayed in its own little microcosm and didn't bleed into the real world.

I honestly don't know what to make of Powell. That she has been, to this point, a legitimate attorney with some noteworthy accomplishments is inarguable. She's a self-promoter, but prior to this, she's generally been a serious person worth taking seriously.

I don't know if she's just being an advocate and running PR obfuscation here, or if she has fallen down the rabbit hole and is buying this stuff. The third possibility, that this is all true, is so remote as to not really be worth considering at this point.

Don't get me wrong: there are vulnerabilities in the voting machines and they could have been manipulated in this election. But those legit concerns are more easily marginalized and dismissed by association with some of these fanciful tinfoil internet rumor mill details.

And I think that's what many don't get. You can't treat every internet rumor as legitimate, because then you lose credibility and people stop paying attention to the serious, substantive complaints. This dovetails with one of Trump's biggest weaknesses: a lack of discipline in choosing his fights.

Some aspect of the app, sure. Companies will market their apps this way, and then when you look under the covers (review the actual technical design) no way you can what is really stored anywhere.

But they could also have seized a redundant system or one that serves a separate purpose. This seizure is all hypothetical. If it happened, there are MANY other scenarios that could have occurred. But I highly doubt they'd go knocking down an Amazon data center.

Maybe the real conspiracy is the left doing nothing to help get the answers to the questions the right has. Are you afraid of a truthful election? Why are you criticizing people trying to find answers? You'll benefit from it as well.

For anyone doubting Dominion/Smartmatic's ties to communism and rigging elections in the 3rd world, here is a Wikileaks document detailing in detail what they've done in the past in Venezuela and elsewhere...
Has anyone even read this wikileaks? Smartmatic is definitely crooked, but no where is Dominion mentioned. In fact I am trying to find the real link between the two companies and can't find any.

I have seen others mention a company Indra that connects the two, but according to the Wikileaks, the only connection between Smartmatic and Indra is that basically Chavez replaced the Indra voting machines with Smartmatic ones in a super shady way. They seem to be competitors not accomplices.
oh no

I have not looked for anything myself, but my understand from previous info was that Dominion had changed it's name from something else, and Dominion is the machine vendor while Smartmatic was the software developer.
