The state passed laws to try and have honest and fair elections. Dem operatives ignored those laws and now we have this. They get what they deserve.

They were making the case for why they were late and should not be thrown out, I believe.

So no one contacted any R voters that they also needed to come in an cure their ballots? I'd be very unhappy if I missed an opportunity to make sure my ballot was counted. So PA will just be a draw and no one gets the EC votes? That blows.

More precisely, certain groups (e.g. NAACP) is trying to intervene, and they are filing motions and briefs in support of their motions. They are attaching affidavits from supposed voters who say that either the election officials or the democrat party (essentially one in the same, I guess) contacted them the weekend prior to the election to correct defects in their mail in ballot. By statute, that is prohibited. These affidavits are now in the permanent court record.

Their (NAACP, et.al.) intent was to show that the "voters" would be disenfranchised but they're showing election officials violated the law.

But, according to site leftists, Trump hasn't even alleged acts of fraud. So this CAN'T be true.

yes but an invalidated vote is any vote that had been tampered with democratic or republican. Also based off of the video a lot of those in the suit cast provisional ballots so if their mail-in is invalidated it will default to their provisional ballot.
