The answer "who really knows" isn't good enough.

As a financial leader responsible for processes that produce numeric results that go into SEC filings, I would be massively fined, possibly jailed, and never work again if I gave such an answer.

He sure as heck better own and be pointing to the controls in place to ensure every vote counted is a legal vote.

my office is investigating all credible evidence of voting fraud. Election integrity is the paramount concern, and we will ensure the will of the people is the outcome in the election and all future elections.

Why investigate if you are stating your findings prior to starting, at that point it is just lip service. Unbiased analysis of the facts is the goal and following where they lead is the only way to investigate.

This is only partially true. In several cases, the senate race is so close that any legitimate fraud would likely change the scenario. For instance, so fraud in Georgia might throw out a relatively small number of votes that were illegally cast, and that might move the needle for Tillis from 49.7 to 50.0, eliminating a runoff and locking the seat.
Similar things could happen in other places.

It really isn't all about Trump. The senate is crucial imo.

Atlanta was ready on Monday night of Election Week(s). I went down to Buckhead and took photos. I don't know if they've taken down all of the plywood, but nobody was going to get Nikes and Jimmy Choos easily.
And Sun Trust and the paddy wagons were ready for the festivities as well if Trump won.
