No he's not and the poll watchers were never excluded - that's not even what the lawsuits were about. The allegations were they were being kept too far from the counting - the lawyers even admitted in court they always had people in the room.

They'll find like 3 fraudulent votes out of 150 million and claim it invalidates the entire election. It's a scam, and no one is obligated to pretend otherwise.

If the election has not been decided by January 20, Trump will no longer be President. The general thought is the Speaker of the House becomes the acting President until such time as a winner of the election is determined. If Pelosi is Speaker of the House at that time, then she would become the acting President.

Some House members would like to choose a more moderate Speaker of the House, so it could be someone else if that happens.

There is some thought that if the Congressional Elections are not final, then it would be the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. However, it doesn't seem reasonable to think that just because the Presidential election might not be determined that the other races would also be in limbo. If you have anything to show that the new Congress cannot begin until a winner of the Presidential election has been determined, feel free to post it.

Regardless, there is always a chance that every Speaker of the House might be made President. Pelosi is in the line of succession -- you are not.
