Dinesh D'Souza committed the heinous crime of donating $10k to a friend's campaign more than he was legally allowed under campaign finance laws. The FBI wanted to put him in prison for this. He admitted his guilt and was willing to pay a fine but was going to fight the charge on the basis the punishment was excessive and politically motivated. The FBI informed him that it was more than just a campaign finance violation. They were going to go after him for bank fraud because the money came from a bank and wire fraud because he wired the money. They made it clear that they have endless resources to bankrupt him in legal fees and that they will send him to prison for decades if he didn't plead guilty and accept the shorter prison sentence. So he agreed to the plea deal to avoid dying in prison.

What they did to Flynn by itself is enough to be the biggest scandal in American history and that's just one guy. A true review of the depth of this abuse would take hours. With Flynn they accused him of being a Russian spy and investigated him in 2016, while Obama was still president. After that came up with nothing, rather than closing the case, they went after him again for violating the Logan act. They secretly monitored Flynn's conversation with a Russian ambassador and used the transcript of that private call to set him up in a perjury trap. They used a false pretense that they just wanted to work with him on the transition, and interrogated him without a lawyer. After that failed, and the agents reported he was clean, they decided to charge him with crimes anyway. They falsified the investigators' documents that exonerated him and put him through a corrupt legal process that financially devastated him. In the Soviet Union they had one party rule that controlled everything. They had the KGB which investigated dissidents, Pravda which controlled information, and rigged elections. I grew up in the 80s and I couldn't imagine living under that system. But our FBI has become the KGB and the DNC media is Pravda.

The Federal government has been weaponized against us for years. Trump was and still is a threat to those that want power and control over us. I have been asked why it really matters to me as an individual. Does it really affect my life personally? Why should I care? I am not a target so I am not affected, as long as I keep my head down and my mouth shut. I care because I don't want my kids to grow up in a country where they have to keep their heads down and their mouths shut to avoid being a target.

Trying to wrap the brain around how many operatives would be needed to make H&S functional in the areas up for grabs.

I think it is conjecture what the software actually does. I think the software used for election fraud is a data mining system that predicts exactly which voters who will not go vote or mail vote. Then cast a vote for them. Or dump their votes in the mail.

It's not that I don't believe it exists, or was used, I'm certain it was.

1. Which judge is going to allow the suit (assuming they file tomorrow) to go forward?
2. Assuming we get a judge from the DC circuit, y'all know they're likely going to do the same thing that's been done for the last five years, and stall. How do we overcome that?
3. Who in the FBI/CIA/NSA/ or Pentagon is going to help decipher the system, get into it, and find out how it was used? All four of those agencies have stalled and obfuscated the President.
4. I don't see how there's enough time. There HAS TO BE TANGIBLE PROOF that can be shown to a judge/court. Can that be done? Probably, but see #3 above.
5. NO ONE on the other side will talk--period. We don't have time for everyone to ignore a subpoena, legal force has to be used.
6. Assuming proof exists, and can be revealed, then what happens? Do we go to court, or just have a hearing? What would be worse is if an investigation is launched, then we're done.
7. Oh, and y'all know someone from Google/Facebook were hired to assemble, and prepare Hammer to operate, knowing this would come up. I'd be shocked if there was any evidence of the changes being done.

I'm sure I'm forgetting steps, and the legals here can correct me, but there's zero evidence of this happening quickly in the last four years.

So there better be enough information on the Dominion software used in the 27 other States to show votes that went for Biden, actually went for Trump. Then, it has to be a number in five States that can overcome Biden's lead, not to mention the inevitable counter lawsuits.

What have I missed? I'm trying to deal with reality here.
