Wait, just so I'm clear on their plan. They had Florida in the books, based on "polling", but that isn't working.

Now, they are relying on Texas, again based on...polling? Weird strategy for sure to break from one state to the next assuming that the polling will be right this time.

That's my point. Even the super left leaning 538 says Biden doesn't have a chance if Trump takes PA and FL.

So I have no idea why the campaign thinks they've got a chance if they lose both of those.
