To me, the most logical explanation is that someone at Fox tipped off someone at the delivery company. How and how did they cover their tracks? I don't know. I would have my doubts on a government intercept. Without a warrant to at least the delivery company, this would be very problematic. Plus, it would scream the question, "how did you know about the delivery in the first place."

If I were Tucker and Fox, I'd be sending out a host of Federal Rule 27 Pre-litigation deposition petitions to both the FBI and the delivery company. I'd want as many people on the record as possible. Obviously, this won't happen quickly, and the obvious place to start is at Fox. Bring in an outside investigation company and go to town.
lmao really? that's the MOST logical explanation? You think it's logical that these super secret documents were not and could not be digitally stored and that the only copies were mailed via FEDEX who colluded with the FBI to "intercept" those documents without even attempting to cover up their trail? THAT is most logical? lmao

Guys, Tucker is LYING. This is a straight up joke. I legit can't believe you have an AgTag.

100% this, I bet fox even has company policy saying don't send important docs like this through fedex

This is odd, but I'm wondering if this was some sort of "setup"?

According to the video Tucker was in LA prepping for the interview with Bobolinski. He asked one of his producers to overnight the documents to him. Why would you do that? Why do you need the "originals"?

Wouldn't it make a lot more sense to scan and secure email these? Then just print them out in LA if you want paper copies. And he'd have them within an hour and not the next day.

Something does seem off.
I'm not sold on government interception.
I'm even open to Tucker lying on this, it's just odd.

Yup. I don't want to hear anymore about the 99% who are good hardworking honest agents. The FBI needs to be gutted.

Look at what they did to Flynn. If they wanted to take me out they could do it in a heartbeat. DC is too big and too powerful.

Amusingly put, but some truth to it. Russia is in the dog house with globalist agendas. Not really on board. Even their take on climate change is out of step. They feel, probably far more likely, that we moving toward a solar shift and little ice age (not overly fast, but that's the direction).

How stupid does Tucker have to be to put that in the mail? I mean seriously. Hand it off face to face or send it digitally. I sure hope whatever he mailed was just a copy.
Yes, its like they haven't learned a thing from four years of outright sedition. Why do Repubicans think the Left obeys any rules at all anymore? Even if they just received those documents "from a source" as Tucker said, and didn't have a bunch of time to archive them, snap every page hastily yourself, then put it in the box, and then overnight it.

But as you said, far better, board a plane, and go in person. Or if really explosive documents, don't do anything like flying, but go by other means. But that said, really, really do not believe this is quite what it looks like---could someone as sharp as Tucker have been asinine enough to have something overnight without it first being copied?

If Tucker is lying the FBI and the MSM will do everything they can to destroy him. It doesn't make sense for Tucker to lie since he has everything to lose...career, rep, and possibly his freedom. The FBI colluded with progressives to attempt a treasonous coup against Trump without punishment...they can do anything they want without worry.

I think the spying on Sheryl Attkisson and the Trump campaign by the Obama intel agencies is more chilling than this lost package. In those previous cases, you had a President weaponize the intel apparatus against his political opponents.

There is more to it. Watch what he says again.

Here are questions would ask:

1) Did you see the documents before Monday, since you said you believed they were real?

2) Are you expecting me to believe that something you just got Monday, you had sent by an admittedly normally reliable overnight service (presumably FedEx or UPS) without first duplicating it? [if only having someone hastily snap the lot] Was the haste that great? It does seem so since the theft had happened by 0344 Tuesday the 27th according to your segment, which means they were mailed hours earlier, Monday 26th afternoon if correct.

3) What was the basis for thinking them reliable, and do you think at least the sender had copies?

Do believe Tucker on the face, but there are things that are pretty incompetent sounding about that scenario. Remember, they know they have some moles at Fox --- got a staff member in trouble at one time. And as another joked, there is always Wallace.

See all the holes....?

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2020/10/28/tucker-carlson-bobulinski-documents-intercepted-and-removed-from-overnight-package/

" I review this story from a position that I cannot fully explain. However, I have personal experience -recent experience- with a similar and rather unusual situation that cannot be explained by any method other than DHS surveillance. So here's what I think took place.

The package, likely a Fed-X delivery, was intercepted by FBI agents using mechanisms for tracking and surveillance that open targeting through portals connected to DHS.

As an outcome of the U.S. Patriot Act, the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security has an agreement in place with mail shipping companies, public/private services, that essentially allows them a portal to track all in-state and interstate mail deliveries.

The FBI has access to this data network in the same way the FBI has access to federal transportation records. Just like when you book a flight and DHS portals are open that allow FBI to track your movements domestically. This type of portal is also accessed in private company transportation like Uber, Lyft etc. DHS, and as a consequence the FBI, can easily track your whereabouts.

Without much hesitation I will bet the FBI was monitoring the communication of Bobulinski, and by extension the entire Tucker Carlson production network. Once the shipment was known to be taking place, the DHS portals are opened; the package is tracked; and the FBI moves in to intercept the delivery.

The transport company doesn't need to be participating because they are essentially unneeded. Their system network is connected to the FBI.

That's the likely scenario."

- Last Refuge

I follow all you're saying here but, the FBI had to already be monitoring Carlson's communications to his own office to know to track the package, right?
Or they were told by someone at Fox

We're officially at the "dog ate my homework" phase of the Hunter-dropped-off-an-incriminating-laptop-in-Delaware-while-living-in-California-to-a-Trump-fan-shop-owner-whose-security-footage-was-wiped-and-who-definitely-saw-Hunter-but-is-legally-blind, written-by-Hannity's-ex-producer-with-help-from-Rudy-Giuliani, who-was-also-just-duped-by-Borat story.

These past few weeks truly have been a joy to watch this board lose their minds over this thing, in exactly this fashion, here at the death rattle of the Trump presidency. Every single day the *real* bombshell is just around the corner, and every single day the msm won't be able to ignore this story any longer. All while so-and-so from freedomfighter.org has "sources" from New Castle County police sayin there's *definitely* child porn on the hard drive, and an investigation by the Pentagon's Hunter-Biden-Sucks Task Force is *definitely* being opened.

And now, at last, Tucker Carlson is actually using the "dog ate my homework" excuse in a last ditch, Hail Mary effort to stoke paranoia as this wet fart of a story dries up and fades into the ether.

The desperation could not be sadder.

The irony could not be sweeter.

Until Carlson brings forward some sort of legitimate proof, this isn't even slightly believable. There's no chance they thought to take a photo of the package but didn't think to copy or photograph the documents. And sure, he's sitting on a "bombshell" that could turn an election and not wanting to reveal it when time is ticking with more votes being cast each day.
