If that's a medium-sized body of water, what's a small body of water?

They're in a celebratory mood over there due to the early vote numbers.

People posting on that board seem to know that Trump is turning out his base en masse and the Biden campaign is in deep trouble.
If the makeup of that board is anything like this one, which had threads for both town halls tonight containing almost exclusively republican commentary, them coming to that conclusion should be no surprise.

At risk of stating the obvious here, this politics board is a conservative echo chamber.

Then you should be happy that the Biden campaign said twitter's response to ban the NY Post articles shows that the articles are not true.

I can't say who told me this but let's just say this individual has a maroon background, and a groundbreaking one at that.... anyway, this person sits in many meetings with the President and has mentioned that there is high confidence in all of the battleground states because Trumps internals show him up 5 to 8 points in all of them but one.

I didn't ask which one, but it wouldn't matter if it's only one.

I got similar info. Not as high up as yours

Basically, one of Cruz's old polling gurus from MIT is a cycling buddy with my uncle. He's out of politics now but still talks to folks who do internal polling for the GOP. It's pretty much what you're saying.

The only battleground they feel can flip blue is Arizona - for reasons he didn't quite understand.

Anyway, if anyone is wondering why I've been so confident about Trump landslide victory it's because of this bit of info.

Now, carry on.

Was he part of the "data" team? I just saw a video pop up on YouTube about technology in the campaigns and they talked with the Cruz 2016 Presidential campaign.

And after watching that...really makes me wonder what happened in his Senate race...

Let's be honest, after the absolute ass-kicking libs have gone through from Trump beating Rona, Hunter implicating his father in a conspiracy over an $85 laptop repair, Hunter implicating his entire family in improper Chinese payments, Harris being in the vicinity of someone exposed to corona and sitting out for a few days, ACB cruising through her hearings without notes or breaking a sweat, Trump winning over the hearts and minds and ovaries of an entire town hall, and Biden taking softball batting practice questions and still hitting weak singles...

Libs aren't exactly playing with a full set of clubs right now, ya know?

I completely fail to understand how everyone is blowing each other about a Trump landslide based on some sketch info from some dude with an account a few days old.

FTR, i support the president and love seeing libtards make asses out of themselves.

This board DID get tricked repeatedly by MF Barnes repeatedly so I should not be surprised, yet I am.

He thinks Arizona only state that might flip blue but not a state like Michigan? Trump barely won Michigan in 2016 and current polls have Biden notably more ahead of Trump than Hillary was in 2016.

And what about states like Pennsylvania? And Wisconsin?

Don't care if the OP's info is accurate or not. It was an excuse to post corn dog gifs to rustle the jimmies of the swamp kittens....

I'm kinda disappointed there weren't more corn dog gifs and memes...

When I early voted this week, it was like a party... one person after another walked out and yelled "Trump!"

It was pretty funny (and completely awesome).

Michigan's senate race is tied. Easy to see how this can be extrapolated to the presidential race.

I know Trump is going to win thru my fundraising.

Many liberals are sitting the Presidential vote out.

I did get a donor to donate 4 heifers last week though. He got his doctorate at A&M in the 80's. He is not voting for President though
Tanya, I honestly don't understand that line of thinking. Voting, honest voting that is honestly counted, is such an incredibly unusual gift for a country to have and use. Even if you think your guy will lose, you still go and vote for him/her.

It's such a historical rarity to have what we have had for 230 years, warts and all. By god, you get up, and vote for you guy, whether I agree with them, or not.
Biden isn't their guy.
Never was in this election cycle and they don't see a reason to vote for someone they don't want as President

As of tonight, It is being reported that 17.1 million ballots Have already been cast for the election, which apparently is a record Turnout rate thus far (approximately already 12% of the total 2016 vote count).

Here are the current mail-in counts by whether Rep or Dem voter.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/oct/15/mail-in-ballot-tracker-us-election-2020

Unclear whether this voting rate is going to subside and this is just more people than usual mailing in early because of COVID, or if turnout is going to greatly surpass 2016.

That may appear to be be true, but from my perspective there are really no good arguments from the left - there is very little common ground when your labeled a racist or a fascist for beliefs that not long ago we could all agree on. The Rule of Law and common decency used to be common ground for the middle.

There is so much hyperbole to politics now and the left has moved so far left I don't know where the conversation starts to find a middle position.

I work with a Hispanic Obama loving Democrat that's been red pilled but as far as the Media - the mouthpiece of progressives - is concerned she's a racist for now supporting Trump because she does not support a handful of Marxists burning down our cities to defeat a President who wants what's best for America, and not what's best for China and the Globalists cabal (which includes some so-called Republicans).

Basically we've flipped our lids - the media and far left have greatly damaged the American psyche in my estimation.

If there is one thing I'd change about a Trump it's the hyperbole but maybe a stark contrast was needed to break the cycle and at least attempt to retake Washington for the American people. That will be a long and hard battle and the odds are not good, if you believe the traditional American dream. A dream that was damn near reality for everyone that we are now being told never existed and I should be ashamed for believing in

I'm still annoyed because I believe Trump could have flat out won this during the debate. If he managed his messaging better this election wouldn't even be in question.

That being said, I also know someone close to the President. He had informed me, after the last election, that the Trump campaign had the same internal polling last election. They knew 2 weeks before the election that he was going to win. So I am hopeful...

At least if he does lose, ACB will at least make SCOTUS a bulwark against to much overreach. If they pack the court, it will relegate it to being another political body with an eventual 50? 100? 200? members.
