So if my math is right, it took him 20 years to steal $2B and it would take the federal government about 3.5 hours to spend $2B. (152k every second for a year)

Sounds like he's not the biggest fraud in the equation however guilty he may be.

i think all the parallels between it and Initech. "Office Space" had to have been written by a disgruntled former employee of UCS.
