There's no proof it happened, but unlike juicy, there's no proof it didn't either. It'd likely be a real hard sell to a jury and not worth the political backlash. She's definitely lying about something, but there's no proof of exactly what.

Of course she's lying. I think BQ11's point is that it would be hard to prove in a court that she is lying.
