Biden campaigning has never been the plan. Biden, obviously, is inconsequential, his mental health is obvious to anyone. They wanted Kamala but she bombed in the debates and was eviscerated. At that point it had to be anyone but Bernie because he's too crazy for their "stated" agenda, so they lifted up Joe. They needed a warm body to get them to election day so they could initiate their ultimate plan, election theft. It's time to start exercising the 2nd or this country, as we've known it, is done.
