I remember sometime in 2007/2008 I was traveling somewhere in Asia and an Indian coworker from the Singapore (I think) office was so excited about Obama. I was confused why he gave two craps about the US President.

This poll is like asking "which fans from visiting SEC teams do we like most?". Ultimately, it doesn't matter and everyone else should be treated as a rival. Our high international reputation during the Obama years is because we literally paid them to like us. F that model.

Europe gets all their political information about the US from CNN international. In other words, their only source of info is propaganda so they are oblivious.
