Words. Means nothing. These idiots in charge of Chicago (minus the police chief) couldn't runs a lemonade stand. Complete incompetence from top to bottom. They are SJW's first and foremost. Everything else be damned.
I don't believe her, the alderman, nor the last dude who spoke. They were just mouthing some words until they could get something about 'injustice' or 'legitimate protesters' in.
The police chief seems honestly pissed about the situation but knows his hands are tied from doing anything about it.

In the short remarks that I heard this morning, she made mention of looters in regards to "stealing bread to feed their families". She said this latest episode was NOT that, but still left out there the idea of a legitimate reason for stealing someone else's stuff.
