BMX...a moderator doesn't need to know a poster's posting history...they can look that up in the poster's moderation log. Rather they need to have an idea of the poster's posting style, sense of humor, etc. since it is almost impossible to tell sometimes when a poster is saying something out of line or off the cuff so to speak. Letters used to make up the words don't have any inflection of tone and little winky faces don't always do the trick..if they are even noticed.

Friends of mine...from both political parties...are amused at how the media talks about Biden in the basement which, you must admit, is where he appears to have spent a good portion of time. I'm in the lake now trolling and listening to flying burrito brothers and new riders and it is pretty choppy, but nothing like the parade. I saw a boat with what I assume was high res side scan sonar and one of the dive boats on the lake really working Over an area of the lake today, but no telling what they were doing.

People were just going a smidge too fast in a fleet of boats that by design make large wakes. Stuff happens. You need to be a competent captain.

Thanks! Just what wanted to see -- -sea-level "you are there" view to get a sense. Damn, that was the real thing. The same kind of wakes that have sunk incomplete ships at fitting out yards I mentioned earlier. The power of the features of the sea, with even something like a wake, never ceases to enthrall.
