OP is right though. If that lying coward is openly bragging about it and attempting to rub out noses in it, he needs to be brought in front of the Honor Court.

We need to determine how to file a report as a alumni and community member without needing a log-in from decades ago.

Bingo. And he's flaunting the fact that he couldn't care less. He attempted to hold a lot match to a powder keg already on the verge of exploding.
He doesn't care about race relations. Not one iota. All he cares about is stoking the fire and trying to rub your noses in it. People on both sides of this debate should be furious with him at what he attempted to do.
If this person is allowed to graduate then everything President Young stated in his letter a few weeks back was a lie and that makes him just as guilty of the perpetuation and fomenting of racial tension as the person who perpetrated this hoax. They BOTH need to be held accountable for their actions and words.

I can promise you this, had a perfectly innocent white person been unlucky enough to have been out of frame in that surveillance footage long enough to appear guilty, the local media and Young would have been on it like a duck on a june bug. The silence is deafening.
