Okay. Here it is. All of the Congressional cases have to be, by jurisdiction rules, brought in a federal district court within the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

Some people didn't appreciate me when I said that was huge decision that would hamper the House in their efforts to get Trump.

The Mckeever case is dispositive here. In my view. Article I committee proceedings are not and have never been Article III court proceedings.

Personally that kind of speech and texting is just unprofessional.

Had a boss sit down a young new hire and explain that this is a business and all communication should be treated as such. Text speak, emjois and spelling errors have no place in any sort of written communication. Texts, emails, instant messages to anyone above you level, memos and any sort of printed document. She just didn't get that her personal way of communicating wouldn't cut it in business and she would be judged harshly by others in the industry.

In short, it is possible, but the Dems have a very high bar to clear. They will insist that impeachment is a judicial proceeding, and therefore falls into one of the exceptions. Trump will say no, it's a political proceeding, so the exception doesn't apply. Personally, I think Trump has the better argument.

McKeever tried to create a new exception to the rule, and the court said we aren't going there.

- The person files a report with the IG, making very specific accusations.

- Due to the details and the accusers position, the IG calls it "credible" and looks into it.

- The IG finds during the investigation that it is hearsay and the accuser has a clear and open anti-Trump bias.

- IG concludes the accusation is without basis or merit.

- The original accuser tells Schiff or some other Democrat and we're off to the races.
