This is the intelligence level we are dealing with right now.

Now that the mask has been taken off of "Obama holdover" DOJ IG Horowitz, Durham will be the next one revealed to be a Deep Stater.

It's telling that you trust Obama appointees to be impartial.

Wonder when Carter Page is going to get charged with something. He is obviously a Russian agent.

I mean Mueller's boys have no problem lying to the court you would think they could come up with something.

Rush is entitled to his opinion. And Horowitz report may not be much to write home about in terms of bringing known people to justice. BUT I think it will be a solid stepping stone laying out DOJ/FBI malfeasance. The Durham report, and any indictments is where the fireworks start.

There isn't anything else on the schedule after this is there? Is this just a formality and the vote is next? Are they really this stupid?

Horowitz referred Comey to the DOJ for criminal prosecution last time. I'd tap the brakes on this report covering for the deep state.

Have they scheduled a vote
They don't even have actual articles of impeachment.

Glad he mentioned the McDonnell v. United States case regarding the Virginia governor. Decisions on whether to schedule or not schedule a meeting is not an official act under the federal bribery statute.

At this point, they seem like a defeated invader trying to do as much spiteful damage as possible before retreating.

One of the people today brings up Trump's son then issues a bs apology. What a deranged ***** they brought in. Nice job. Dems should be proud.

Libs don't operate from a position of reason. They are delusional. They're going to go all in on this just like they did muh russia.

Libs have actually built up momentum of group think within congress. Now it's a feedback loop where no democrat is going to sit out due to the peer pressure.

Notice it's nothing substantive, just snsrky condescension. His fellow libs on DU havnt provided a retort for him yet.

Turley brought the case up for that exact reason. But I'm sure MetoliusAg considers himself smarter than Turley when it comes to conlaw.

Is that your way of asking me for a dime, Mr. Hart?

ETA: Since you can't really follow things in context well, you are Mr. Hart, I am Kingsfield. And I know that isn't the exact quote.

More edits: Won't let me post the exact scene for some reason.

Tbh, it wasn't really all that great a movie. BUT Houseman's performance as Kingsfield was great, and that one scene was quite memorable. So "Mz. Hart", you have my permission to respond to my jibe in the exact same way Mr. Hart did to Prof. Kingsfield's, and kudos to you for being a good sport about it.

Regarding McDonnell, I've read it. I suggest you do the same.

Difference between us is I actually understand and can apply it to the current circumstances.

When you obtain some on-line law degree and pass a bar exam, we'll talk seriously. Until then, your stalking and obsession with me is getting creepy. Are you MF Barnes?

Great. Feel free to present your arguments on:

1) why you think the act of a U.S. President granting a head-of-state visit and Oval Office meeting to the President of Ukraine doesn't constitute an official act of his office.

2) why you think a President's order to the OMB Director to withhold foreign aid money doesn't constitute an official act of his office.

3) Am also curious to hear your explanation why you believe the writers of the Constitution were referring to the federal bribery statutory code written into law long after they were dead.

Doesn't matter nothing of value was exchanged

Doesn't matter nothing of value was exchanged

The lack of federal law in 1770 on bribery is a poor argument when more recent governments have defined the parameters for bribery.

Your garbage standard which would criminalize all foreign policy interaction is an impossible standard and would destroy our country if actually applied. This is some bs political power game, which is exactly what you are accusing Trump of doing. So go suck an egg.

Have you read the transcript?

Middle of pg 5.

Doesn't sound like there were any conditions on the WH meeting.

I probably shouldn't post this, but this guy's poor attempt at smiling just makes me want to scrape my shoes off.

Watched The Ingraham Angle and one of her guests was Chris Hahn. He tries to smile but just can't.

Every time I see him, this lame attempt at a smile makes me think he has had a pool cue shoved up his butt, but he can't decide if he is in pain or likes it.

I apologize in advance for this post.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”
