Apparently there is a policy in France that allows father who sexually abuse their daughters continued visitation rights while the trial and/or divorce is going on, basically allowing the predator to continue to visit and harass their victim. These women are protesting that policy.
I don't know about their methods here, but they're protesting for a good cause.
I also find the strong police presence interesting, they're nowhere to be found when the Muslims decide to go all jihad on a protest and vandalize buildings and attack people.
Is this post conviction? Meaning the father has been convicted of sexually abusing the children but still has visitation?
Because if it's just post accusation, then the father should not lose visitation over an accusation. Monitored visitation, but he shouldn't completely lose visitation without a conviction.
