I think if a suspect flees the police they are allowed to follow them into a domicile.
That's probable cause. The police have been given the go ahead to enter a house with much less probable cause.
Dude is a dick, but constitutionally I think he can enter.
And if she is refusing him entry to pursue a suspect that she knows and is sheltering and she is aware they are a suspect that moves on to aiding and abetting.

I agree with the poster below. Not enough context. The description is that there was a noise complaint, and the teenagers opened the door, saw it was a police officer and closed the door immediately. After which he made forcible entry.
If that is the entire story then the police officer entering likely did not pass the test of probable cause. Refusing to talk to the police or open your door and let them into your home has constitutionally upheld as not giving then probable cure as you have no duty to talk to the police or even interact with them.
And if you let them in voluntarily they can use anything in plain site as probable cause for further investigation or arrest.
However the video conveniently leaves out what led up to it.

That does look awful, but it also conveniently starts AFTER he's already inside and doesn't show the events that led to that, including who opened the door, what the kids/suspects were doing, etc.
