What makes you think it's a conscious change of opinion? The Twitter page Defiant L's regularly shows that logical consistency isn't a requirement for them. Saying something today that's the complete opposite of what you said yesterday is a feature not a bug.

A? As in only one?

He actually probably rolled up in an electric car that was brought to within 50 feet of the rally on the back of a diesel tow truck. he arrived in a tour bus and his entourage followed in another. Along with a 10-20 car police escort. All to tell us that we are driving too much for his liking.
