You had it good!! Best we could do was this in the Delta 88 before my dad went on his station wagon kick. Yes my dad was an Oldsmobile man. Very loyal.

I slightly remember our old station wagon, but first real road trip memories were in the '75 Grand Prix. When my brother and I outgrew the ability to both lay down in the back seat, I got the floorboard. Then, one glorious summer in around '83, we got a used Suburban with three rows of bench seats.

Yep we'd do that number too.

After the Bonnevilles my dad became a Olds man too had two 98s and an 88. That '68 98 would fly! He kept the '73 until about 2015, it was like driving in your living room at 8 MPG.

I loved that Charles Durning side-step number. I often think about it too.

The whole thing is fantastic but that dancing he does inside the capital is the best and the hat turn.
