It's just extremely very specific about the handshaking but I guess so.

Yeah, actually my father had a few of those right at the very end. He never had Alzheimer's or dementia really it was just literally just a few weeks before he passed. Maybe he technically had dementia at the end but we're talking literal days or weeks. No diagnosis.

He started having this conversation with apparently an Air Force officer, female that had been stationed in Fort Worth. Full conversation with her, even mentioning an exact address, while I was sitting right there. He even said during the conversation that she was one of the most difficult people he had ever talked to. I guess because she wasn't answering him.

He grew up in Decatur and went to Fort Worth a lot and I believe he worked there in the summers and his parents at one point worked in the airplane factory during the war. I guess somehow he was taken back to that time.

How do we know she is a woman? Are you a biologist?

Not quite that low, but my parents bought a AMC Gremlin new for $1750 in 1972 in Houston. That car made it through several cross-state moves and was the first car I drove on my own in 1985. We gave it to a cousin when I got handed down the '75 metallic green Grand Prix,and it still ran for a few more years.

People ragged on the Gremlin but it was a solid car.

AS PRESENTED, I agree, it appears this guy was being a jerk. No woman should be treated like this.

HOWEVER, is it a real encounter? Amazing how he just happened to be there as AOC came by. Amazing how she had no security. Amazing that, instead of ignoring him, she re-tweets it, giving it millions more views than it would have otherwise gotten. Amazing that she was given an opportunity to both be a victim AND appear tough by going after him, and "has to be restrained ". Boy, she would have knocked his block off, but she had to be at an important vote.

I'm not condoning what he did but as a woman, I have heard much worse than that in my life and it's best just to ignore it. I certainly would never play a victim. There are a lot of really stupid people in the world, he appears to be one of them.

But you make good points on the other. But given that she's someone that has said some of the most vile things about other people and has no sympathy when Republicans are harassed, I just find it poetic justice.
