At the risk of ruining an outstanding thread, it's a great question everyone should be asking.
However I'm still of the opinion that it's coming. It is literally impossible for a government and country to survive long term with a centrally planned economy. Secondly, China is really a mature fascist state, but more communist than fascist because they have a monster military.
