As much as I post on this thread, you need to be a little more specific.

There are many reasons I post on this thread:
1) I truly think it is funny.
2) I'm a little drunk when I posted it and thought it was funny
3) I've had a brain injury and something about it makes some things funny to me.
4) I know it may piss certain people off and that is funny to me.
5) I think the meme has an important message that might cause people to actually think about something.
6) Some combination of the above.

Nobody forces you to read them. If you don't like or understand what I post, buys some stars and put me on ignore.

I've been "un-invited" from a family function day after Christmas recently, as in an invitation was sent only to The Rib and did not include me. She was worried that I was upset, angry and hurt, and was surprised when I started laughing to find out I was happy because I got my vacation day back.

The reason for the un-invite, was 2 years ago, the family member who hosts and invites to this event was talking at length about how horrible the Corona was and after all, she had had it and apparently almost lost her life (having never gone to the Hospital, or been on life-support, just a standard case). Apparently it was not ok to say, I had the Corona myself and it was basically the flu. This made me a science-deny-er after all (forget my two engineering degrees to her elementary education diploma from baylor). Apparently some of the family, searching for entertaining stories, likes to bring this episode up frequently and it is bigger than life now. I feel like a folk-hero all of a sudden.

Awesome win for me that I am not obligated and actually banned from coming to this exclusive event where I might accidentally mouth off and torture them with more conspiracy theories!

TLDR Version: It is a blessing to be excommunicated from a branch of the family I don't align with on a moral, political or religious level...
