We have to show God we are sincere by repenting those sins. That involves doing good for this world which in turn gets your sins forgiven which in turn gets you salvation.

That is utter crap. We dont have to prove anything to God, he knows our hearts and our minds. He knows if you are sincere or not.

The above arguement is only logical if you believe God is 1: An arrogant, self-fulfilling God who needs to see people do good in order to feel good about himself or 2: Doesnt know everything

Both of which are false

For those of you who think that just saying Lord, Lord and paying lip service to Jesus will get you into heaven, please consider what Jesus himself said about the necessity of actually doing something after you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Whatever you do to the least of your brother, you did it unto him.

Sorry if Matthew 25 bursts your "once saved always saved" and "saved by faith alone" false doctrines...Faith without works is DEAD !!

Matthew 25:31: "When the Son of man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne.
32: Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate them one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats,
33: and he will place the sheep at his right hand, but the goats at the left.
34: Then the King will say to those at his right hand, `Come, O blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
35: for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me,
36: I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.'
37: Then the righteous will answer him, `Lord, when did we see thee hungry and feed thee, or thirsty and give thee drink?
38: And when did we see thee a stranger and welcome thee, or naked and clothe thee?
39: And when did we see thee sick or in prison and visit thee?'
40: And the King will answer them, `Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.'
41: Then he will say to those at his left hand, `Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels;
42: for I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink,
43: I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.'
44: Then they also will answer, `Lord, when did we see thee hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to thee?'
45: Then he will answer them, `Truly, I say to you, as you did it not to one of the least of these, you did it not to me.'
46: And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."

I dont think you get it. We are by no means paying him lip service. Those who give God lip service go to hell, as they dont truely believe and accept it.

You must actually mean and believe it. You must sincerely accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. You must pray something like this:

"Dear Heavenly Father, I know I am a sinner. I know that I do not deserve to enjoy eternal life with you in your holy kingdom. However, I also know that you provided a way for me when you sent your only son Jesus to die on the cross for the sins of mankind. I know that the only way to enjoy eternal life is to accept him as my personal lord and savior and ask for your divine forgiveness for my sins. So Lord, please, come into my life. Change my heart and help me live my life according to your will. Please forgive me of all my sins and let the holy spirit dwell within me for the rest of my days. I accept the gift of life that Jesus extended to us with his torture and death on the cross. Amen."

And that's all it takes. Now, that by no means gives you the right to lead a sinful life, however from that instant on, assuming you sincerely believed what you said, and God knows your heart, you cant lie to him, you are saved forever. If one could lose their salvation, than Jesus' sacrifice was meaningless.

You are misinterpreting this. Notice it does not say that those to his left ever were saved or asked for forgiveness.

Not only that, but if we did not help those in need, did we ever really believe?

If this is true, how do yuo explain the thief on the cross next to jesus, whom asked for forgiveness right before he died after a life of sin, and Jesus said "Surely I say unto you, today you will join me in paradise"?
